Epidode 37 – After Hours II

Wait, don’t hit that delete button just yet!  Yes, this is a second watching of a season 5 episode, but, and maybe this is the Not Your Father’s Rootbeers talking, but I think we actually got a lot more out of this episode on our second watch through.  Dawson is relatively recently de-virginized, and he’s just out there laying pipe, making up for lost time.  He ends up in the bed of a film critic, and spends the day talkin’ movies and grabbin’ boobies.  Joey is just trying to get some studying done, even though all her friends won’t leave her alone.  Jack is under the gun to pass a test in a course he’s failing and has to go back to his old frat to get help.  Pacey is acting entirely out of character and cheating on his girlfriend, and Audrey, poor Audrey, is kicking him to the curb.  We ended up not hating his episode nearly as much as we thought we would, and we hope you also don’t hate it that much! Episode 36 – Sex She Wrote… Again.

Episode 35 – Baby III

Episode 34 – Indian Summer

Time to get sweaty, everyone.  The Creek is in the middle of a sweltering indian summer, and the weather aint the only thing that’s getting hot.  Most importantly, it’s an episode from season 3.  We asked for you to pray for us, and apparently you prayed good, because that sweet little D6 rolled  a 3.  So the episode has a film noir theme, get ready for lots of dutch angles and cheesy saxophone music.  The elusive Eve makes her first appearance on our show, and is throwing Dawson’s world into chaos.  Andie is recently split from Pacey, and dating an utter garbage-human, from whom Joey is trying to rescue her.  Jack is trying to get Jen laid, and Pacey doesn’t really have much character development going on this episode, so he’s pretty much just running around being awesome, which is what he does best. http://media.blubrry.com/creekoftheweek/p/content.blubrry.com/creekoftheweek/CotW_034-3x05_1.mp3Podcast: Play in new window | DownloadSubscribe:...

Episode 33 – Text, Lies, and Videotape

SEASON 5 HYPE!  Spoiler alert everyone, there’s no sex.  Just lies and videotape.  This episode of Creek of the Week  takes us back to Season 5.  Dawson is dealing with the death of his father, the greatest man in television history, Mitch Leery.  Pacey is trying to hook up with his boss who is trying to hook up with his other boss who is married.  Joey is doing something UTTERLY BORING.  And Audrey, who really should be the main focus of the show, is barely featured at all.  This is a terrible episode of the Creek, but we pick up the slack and bring the humor with hilarious commentary on rape culture, 9/11, and other laugh-a-minute topics.  I am not selling this.  Trust me, it’s good! http://media.blubrry.com/creekoftheweek/p/content.blubrry.com/creekoftheweek/CotW_033-5x07_1.mp3Podcast: Play in new window | DownloadSubscribe:...

Episode 32 – The Scare
